Site-Based HSSE Advisor - Construction Safety & Sustainability

Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, focuses on safe, sustainable offsite construction across the Greater Dublin Area. We seek an HSS Advisor to lead HSSE standards on multiple projects, promote environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the management systems.

The role is site-based with weekly travel to projects across the Dublin region and Midlands. Candidates should have Level 7/8 OH&S degree, IOSH, and solid HSSE experience.

Qualifications

• Tech IOSH qualification and construction safety experience.
• At least 3 years in construction and 3+ years as a HSSE professional.
• Strong IT and reporting capability, driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide HS&E advice across 2-4 projects and supply chain.
• Implement Vision Built OHS and Environmental systems.
• Attend site, project, and supply chain meetings.
• Review RAMS/permits and training records.
• Carry out audits, report HS&E metrics, manage training needs.
• Support continual improvement of management systems.
• Assist tender and prequalification activities.
