Job summary

Turner Lovell is recruiting an HSE Specialist in Ireland to support health, safety and environmental standards across major energy infrastructure projects. You will help develop and implement HSE management systems, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, lead investigations, and promote a strong safety culture across project teams and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–7+ years in HSE, and qualifications such as NEBOSH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies and programmes.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver HSE training and promote safety culture.
• Monitor HSE performance and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors on HSE requirements.
