Job summary

Turner Lovell in Ireland is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead all on-site activities for EPC projects, ensuring cost‑effective execution of deliverables in line with contract specs, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start‑up, construction, erection, commissioning and maintenance phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Foreman/Chargehand role.
• Strong communication and customer-relations abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to assess, propose and implement rapid recovery solutions.
• Self-motivated with a high level of creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities and organise resources, targets and safety policies.
• Coordinate site planning with Project Manager and external resources.
• Monitor start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure HSE compliance and proper training of site personnel.
• Manage subcontractors to meet delivery dates and quality standards.
