Job summary

Yahoo Inc. is seeking an HRAnswers Advisor (IC2) to join the Dublin-based EMEA People Team. This hybrid role involves supporting employees and managers across EMEA, applying HR policies, and escalating complex cases to senior advisors.

You’ll use AI and knowledge tools to improve service quality and efficiency. You’ll work on tier 1/2 requests, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and maintain HR records in Workday while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ client-facing HR experience.
• Working knowledge of core HR policies and the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Willingness to embrace AI tools to support day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage tier 1 and tier 2 HR requests via ServiceNow and the HRAnswers Bot.
• Apply company policy and country-specific practices to questions on leave, benefits, pay and lifecycle events.
• Process standard HR transactions, including employment verification, onboarding/offboarding, and Workday updates.
• Guide and coach managers and employees through HR processes, promoting self-service tools and knowledge articles.
• Leverage AI tools to support day-to-day work and improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
• Identify repetitive requests and suggest improvements to knowledge content and workflows.
• Follow SOX and internal control requirements and ensure confidentiality.
