Job summary

HR Search is seeking a senior HR Transformation professional to build and lead a dedicated HR Transformation offering within a leading professional services firm. This is a genuine practice-building opportunity combining business development, senior client engagement and delivery of complex HR Transformation programmes.

You will lead proposals, manage client relationships at the C-suite level, and drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives including HRIS implementations such as Workday, SAP

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, end-to-end HR Transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to win new HR Transformation engagements and generate revenue.
• Strong track record engaging senior HR and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience implementing HRIS solutions, ideally Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the HR Transformation proposition and market offering.
• Develop senior client relationships and generate new business.
• Lead proposals, pitches and business development activity.
• Build a strong pipeline and win HR Transformation engagements.
• Lead complex, end-to-end HR Transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on operating models, workforce strategy, HR tech and process transformation.
• Lead HRIS implementations as part of broader programmes.
• Develop and coach teams within the People & Change practice.
