Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking professionals to join our Talent Practice, helping organisations reinvent their people, HR and workforce strategies through data-driven change management and transformation expertise.

You will define change management solutions across multi-year programmes, craft communication and stakeholder engagement plans, and lead cultural and behavioural change initiatives that enable successful technology and organizational change. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1) and 6+ years of relevant work experience with talent & organisational topics, especially Change Management and HR transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops.
• Experience in program and project management; leading teams is a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

Defining change management solutions for transformational change projects, including planning across project life cycles from change impact assessments to change measurement and business readiness, Creating Communication strategies and plans, driving leadership engagement and advocacy, and leading communications and storytelling, Driving Cultural and Behavioural change, backed by behavioural and data science, Supporting the growth of the T&O consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence, Strong consulting acumen demonstrated through excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others, Understanding, and experience of end-to-end technology implementation programme lifecycle, from design through to hypercare, Stakeholder Management skills, to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (min 2:1), 6+ years relevant work experience with a working knowledge of talent & organisational topics with particular focus on Change Management and HR transformation, Experience delivering projects underpinned by technology would be a bonus, Excellent communication and presentation skills, including a proven track record to collaborate and facilitate client meetings and workshops, Experience in program and project management, Experience in leading teams is an advantage, Certifications in change management or HR are a plus.

Bonus points if:

You've got at least 3 years' experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Change Management, Agile Change, Learning & Talent Development, Learning organisational design, Talent Strategy, Future Workforce, HR Transformation & Organisation/ Op. Model design.
