Job summary

Abrivia Recruitment Specialists in Dublin South seeks an experienced HR Specialist to join a busy, collaborative team. The role covers HR operations, payroll and executive support in a hybrid, professional environment.

You will assist with employee lifecycle activities, payroll-related tasks and provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders. A varied workload with potential for extension or permanency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience across HR and payroll administration.
• Understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or managing complex diaries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR administration and employee support.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Respond to employee and internal queries.
• Maintain accurate employee information and support HR processes via Workday.
• Provide payroll administration and employee benefits support when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely processes.
• Support the HR Business Partner with administration and project work.
• Provide senior-level administrative support, managing a busy diary.
• Coordinate meetings and manage changing priorities.
