Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join a fast-paced corporate environment on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role blends HR operations, payroll support and executive assistant duties for a senior Finance leader.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will handle HR processes, payroll tasks and calendar management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience across HR.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and Irish statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience using Workday is essential.
• Excellent data handling and Excel skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage queries and requests through the HR inbox and support end-to-end HR processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefit administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, contracts, background checks and references.
• Maintain employee records and assist HR projects under the HR Business Partner.
• Provide diary and administrative support to a senior Finance leader and coordinate meetings across time zones.
