Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail in Dublin (Inchicore) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the Infrastructure Management Resource Planning Team. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

You will handle recruitment and onboarding, contracts, and payroll documentation, while ensuring policy compliance. The role requires strong admin experience, excellent MS Office skills, and knowledge of HR practices.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience in a dynamic HR environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Certification and experience in administering assessments.
• Experience in competency-based interviewing and social media recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical administration support and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure quality control and best-practice HR policy application.
• Maintain payroll input documentation and assist with HR projects.
• Produce reports on general HR activity and maintain job description tracking.
