Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking a HR Payroll Generalist for a 12‑month fixed term to join the HR Services & Payroll team in Dublin. The role focuses on payroll administration, reporting, Coretime support, and event management, reporting to the HR Manager.

This contract offers hybrid working with onsite days in Blackrock and flexibility on full-time or part-time arrangements. You will gain exposure to payroll processes, GDPR compliance, and HR systems enhancements while delivering accurate MI and

Qualifications

• Experience with in-house payroll and payroll support.
• IPASS payroll qualification or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and HR data controls.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Reporting and payroll administration activities.
• Supporting timely administration and management of monthly payrolls.
• Maintenance and management of Coretime, employee management tool.
• Providing specialist advice on HRS tools & practices to employees/managers.
• Responding to employees/managers and HR inbox emails/escalsations.
• Coordination and management of benefit events as required.
• Producing ad hoc management information using HR databases.
