Lilly is seeking a Compliance professional to support HR Solutions across a defined set of countries. You will help design and maintain the compliance framework, assess risks, and monitor AI and automation used in the employee lifecycle.

The role requires strong GDPR knowledge and the ability to challenge automation proposals from a compliance perspective. This position emphasizes governance, assurance activities, and collaboration with HRS leadership to sustain a robust control environment and

Formación

• 5+ years compliance, risk, audit or data protection experience in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of GDPR across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing and operating a control framework.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to HR Solutions compliance framework design and effectiveness.
• Maintain view of compliance risk across defined regions.
• Identify control gaps and advocate remediation, supporting remediation activities to closure.
• Support HR Solutions AI governance and risk assessments.
• Provide assurance for DSAR processing and escalation.
• Coordinate assurance activities (integrity assessment, BCP, BIA).
