Job summary

Lilly is hiring a Payroll Associate for Global HR Solutions in Ireland. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure accurate pay delivery across geographies, and support stakeholders worldwide.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll/HR operations, and preferred experience with Workday and IPASS qualifications. Flexibility in hours and US hour support are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience desirable supporting in fast paced customer service, administration, or operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Understand end-to-end payroll across execution and governance, including payroll transaction processing, time and attendance administration, employee inquiry management, payroll accounting reconciliations, payroll policy and compliance and payroll vendor relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant pay delivery across all geographies.
  • Process corrections and deep dive payroll impacting HR transactions, ensuring a high level of data accuracy.
  • Coach and support colleagues within and outside of the payroll team, on a range of HR policies and practices.
  • Quality coaching and education support around payroll impacting transactions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to increase efficiency while improving customer experience.
  • Ongoing review and monitoring of audits, participating in continual improvements and automation.
  • Provide feedback and input into audit strategy.
  • Participate in integration testing and transition of new scope, coordinating with key stakeholders globally.
  • Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers and drive improvement in performance deliverables.
  • Act as an extension of affiliate local payroll teams.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and share learnings to maintain strong content and enable other HR Solutions team members to update processes and build on new specialist topics or required learnings.
  • Apply a compliance and audit mindset in all areas you support. Comply with global guidelines and standards.

HRS Payroll Associate – Global HR Solutions

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience desirable supporting in fast paced customer service, administration, or operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Additional Skills/Preferences
  • IPASS Payroll Technician/Payroll/Diploma qualified or Financial/Payroll certification
  • Prior experience working in HR particularly with payroll, absence and time tracking
  • Prior Workday experience
  • Bilingual/Multilingual with English
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong resilience to ambiguous environments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong data management and attention to detail

Additional Information

Flexibility in hours worked expected, including public holidays US hours support required - weekly and as requid.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is €32,250 - €82,610 Full‑time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
