Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Specialist for our client in Sligo. This hands-on role combines HR operations, HRIS implementation, data analytics and process improvement with employee relations and recruitment across the nationwide retail network.

You will configure and integrate the new HRIS, generate HR reports, advise line managers, manage high-volume recruitment and support payroll-related HR processes in a unionised environment.

Qualifications

• HR qualification and related discipline
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HR systems including reporting and data management
• Experience managing employee relations matters
• Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new HRIS with configuration, integration, testing and process mapping.
• Act as the HR contact for the HR system and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardise HR processes across the business.
• Produce HR reports and workforce analytics with accurate data.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers.
• Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievances and absence.
• Provide HR guidance in a unionised environment.
• Manage high-volume recruitment across the retail network.
• Support workforce management and payroll-related HR processes.

Our client is a well-established Irish co-operative organisation with a strong presence across the agribusiness and retail sectors. They are now seeking an experienced HR Operations & Systems Specialist to join their HR team and support the retail division nationwide. This is a varied, hands-on HR role combining HR operations, HRIS, systems implementation, process improvement and HR data, alongside employee relations and recruitment.

Salary & Location

• Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the implementation of a new HRIS, including configuration, integration, testing and process mapping.
• Act as a key HR contact for the HR system and work closely with third-party providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and standardise HR processes across the business.
• Produce HR reports and workforce analytics, ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date.

About You

• Experience managing and supporting employee relations matters.
