Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Specialist for a hybrid role in Ireland. The position focuses on HR operations, HRIS systems implementation, data management and process improvement across a nationwide retail network.

You will support the HRIS rollout, generate workforce analytics, advise managers, and handle employee relations in a unionised environment. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law is required.

Qualifications

• HR, Business or related discipline required.
• Hands-on HRIS / HR systems experience with reporting and data management.
• Experience managing employee relations matters.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new HRIS, including configuration, integration, testing and process mapping.
• Act as a key HR contact for the HR system and work closely with third-party providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and standardise HR processes across the business.
• Produce HR reports and workforce analytics, ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers across the business.
• Manage and support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
• Provide HR guidance within a unionised environment.
• Manage high-volume recruitment across the retail network, from Retail Managers through to Sales and Yard Assistants.
• Support workforce management and payroll‑related HR processes.

Our client is a well-established Irish co-operative organisation with a strong presence across the agribusiness and retail sectors. They are now seeking an experienced HR Operations & Systems Specialist to join their HR team and support the retail division nationwide.This is a varied, hands-on HR role combining HR operations, HRIS, systems implementation, process improvement and HR data, alongside employee relations and recruitment.

Salary & Location

• Salary: €50,000–€60,000 DOE
• Location: Sligo – Hybrid
• Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key responsibilities include:
