Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage UK and ROI payrolls from our Ireland base. You will handle end‑to‑end payroll cycles, data accuracy, and statutory payments, while answering employee queries and supporting benefits processing.

With 5+ years in‑house payroll, you will ensure compliance with UK and ROI legislation, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with HR, Finance and system teams to deliver a high‑quality payroll service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in‑house payroll experience, UK/ROI payroll scope.
• Knowledge of GDPR data protection and payroll compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for UK and ROI employees end‑to‑end.
• Input, validate, and reconcile payroll data accurately.
• Assist with manual calculations and statutory payments.
• Support pension contributions and employee benefits processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist audits.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and confidentiality.
