Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist proficient in UK and ROI payrolls to manage weekly and monthly payrolls. You will ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely processing while handling employee inquiries and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in-house payroll experience, familiarity with UK/ROI legislation, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Coins payroll system is a plus; GDPR and confidentiality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house payroll experience (UK/ROI).
• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of UK/ROI payroll legislation.
• Proficient English and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for UK and ROI employees across weekly and monthly cycles.
• Input, validate, and reconcile payroll data; assist with manual calculations.
• Process pension contributions and statutory deductions; administer benefits.
• Support payroll audits and internal checks; ensure GDPR/data protection compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR and Finance to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
• Assist with system enhancements and process improvements.
