Job summary

HRM Search Partners is delighted to partner with a leading global organisation to appoint a Head of HR Technology & Operations. This senior role leads the SAP SuccessFactors implementation and the transition from Workday, combining strategic transformation with hands-on operational leadership.

You will build an integrated HR operating model, drive centralisation and automation across the employee lifecycle, and manage payroll governance and data quality in multiple international markets.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership across HR Technology/Operations/Transformation within a complex organisation.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, ideally gained through a major implementation or optimisation programme.
• Proven experience leading HR Operations or HR Shared Services teams.
• Track record of delivering HR process improvement, standardisation and technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, programme delivery and change management capabilities.
• Experience operating across multiple business units, international markets or decentralised environments.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HR leadership and operational expertise throughout SAP SuccessFactors implementation, from design and testing through deployment and ongoing optimisation.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations function, driving centralisation, service excellence and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee payroll operations governance, ensuring robust governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation and automation across the employee lifecycle.
• Establish effective HR systems governance, data quality standards, service measures and operational KPIs.
• Partner with senior HR leaders, Technology teams and external implementation partners to deliver sustainable transformation.
• Build a high-performing, technology-enabled HR Operations team with a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Technology, HR Operations or HR Transformation leader to play a pivotal role in a significant HR transformation programme within a complex, international business.

Reporting to the Group Head of HR Transformation, the successful candidate will lead the evolution of HR Operations while playing a key leadership role in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and the transition from Workday.

The position offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic transformation with hands‑on operational leadership, helping to create a more integrated, efficient and scalable HR operating model.

The Role
