Job summary

BnM is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the Enabling Services team in Newbridge. The role delivers efficient, compliant HR operational services, overseeing onboarding, lifecycle admin, payroll coordination, and HR process improvement.

You will standardise processes, manage the Joiner/Mover/Leaver pipeline, and drive data-driven HR metrics. The successful candidate will have an Honours Degree in Business or HR, 5+ years in HR operations, strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Business or HR is essential.
• 5+ years in a human-centric strategic HR team leading HR Operations.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with ability to implement people systems and processes.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills; proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operational services, including onboarding, lifecycle administration, payroll coordination, and HR process improvements.
• Develop and standardise HR processes, workflows, and service standards; own Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and ensure efficient attraction of talent.
• Design and implement HR policies and BI reporting; monitor KPIs and data quality.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives; ensure compliance and data protection.
