Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a HR Generalist to provide hands-on operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers to support employee relations, recruitment, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organisational change while ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Support employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; produce HR reports as required.
• Assist with payroll-related activities and ensure timely changes to employee records.
• Support policy development, review and internal governance.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and talent management activities.
