Uniphar Group is seeking an HR Administrative professional in Ireland to support the HR team with day-to-day duties, mailbox management, and data integrity in Workday. Qualifications

  • HR qualification with 3-4 years HR experience desirable
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and processes
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with internal and external parties
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
  • Interest in continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows

  • Support the HR Team with day-to-day administrative duties
  • HR mailbox management and responding to queries
  • Ensure data integrity in Workday and administer employee changes
  • Meet deadlines to ensure critical people processes are met
  • Participate in wider HR team projects for successful delivery
  • Advise management and staff on policy queries in line with legislation
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from management and colleagues
  • Maintain and update HR systems
  • Attend meetings and provide admin support, including minutes
  • Assist with delivering best-practice HR services to employees and managers

Key Skills & Experiences
  • HR qualification with 3-4 years HR Experience desirable
  • Workday, TMS or Timepoint experience is desirable
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for HR and proven experience of adding value and driving change through progressive HR initiatives
  • Excellent Communication Skills with both internal and external parties
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Continuous Improvement – someone who is looking to constantly improve processes and ways of working.
