Job summary

Cpl Group in Limerick city centre is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team on a 32-hour, four-day week. The role offers broad generalist duties, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

Reporting to the HR Director and collaborating with the Operations Manager, you will handle payroll-related reporting, training coordination, data updates, and HR projects while supporting leaders across the site.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline.
• 2-3+ years relevant HR experience ideally in a broad based HR generalist or senior HR administrator role.
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong IT, data & HR reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR duties and projects across site, reporting to HR Director and Operations Manager.
• Engage employees and resolve HR queries.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Oversee training activities and data updates.
• T&A/payroll reporting and HR change projects.
• Support leadership and operations with HR needs.
