Job summary

The Noel Group partners with a prestigious hospitality client in Midleton, Co. Cork, seeking an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. You will assist recruitment, onboarding, records management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy.

You will work with management to drive training, engagement initiatives and HR projects, contributing to a positive employee experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industries is essential.
• Experience in the HR function or a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of Irish employment legislation is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities must be demonstrated.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR software is expected.

Salary: EUR42000 - EUR42000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a HR Executive in Midleton, Co. Cork.

This role will support the day-to-day HR function, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with management and department heads to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
