Noel Group is partnering with a prestigious hospitality client to recruit a Hotel HR Executive in Limerick. This role supports all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, training and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will maintain GDPR-compliant records, assist with payroll and benefits, and help drive engagement and development across departments. Salary around €45,000 with opportunities for progression.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Assist managers with employee relations matters and HR guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate training and development programmes across departments.
• Monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
• Assist with performance management and staff engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the management team.
