Job summary

Artemis Human Capital partners with a hospitality group in Cork to recruit an HR Executive for onsite HR support. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with the wider Group HR team to provide stand-alone HR support across the establishment.

You will handle recruitment lifecycle, employee relations, payroll liaison, and maintain HR records using Excel and internal systems, with strong focus on compliance and absence reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in an HR role
• HR qualification completed or in progress
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations and payroll liaison
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers, providing guidance on recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training and HR best practice
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job descriptions, advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Provide support on employee relations matters including disciplinaries and grievances
• Work closely with Accounts and Payroll regarding new starters, contract changes and working hours
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data using Microsoft Excel and internal HR systems
• Monitor and report on employee absence levels
• Ensure HR processes remain compliant with current employment legislation

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to partner with a prestigious, multi-site and expanding hospitality group in the recruitment a HR Executive role for their establishment in Cork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking a role which offers flexibility, autonomy and career progression opportunities.
