Under a Programme Manager, you will translate business needs into system solutions and support HR stakeholders, IT and partners to drive People Strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR systems implementation or change projects.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Knowledge of HR systems like SuccessFactors essential.
• Strong planning, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, or Performance management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives with timely deliverables.
• Act as SME on SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements with IT/partners.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, highlight risks.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, data readiness, and transition.
• Support new functionality through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and ensure engagement.
• Provide technical support to HR function and HRIS Europe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
