Job summary

EducationPals is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead large-scale HR systems transformation programs in Ireland. You will provide architectural leadership across HR, Payroll, Learning and Talent systems, aligning business needs with scalable enterprise solutions while engaging with HR, business and technology stakeholders.

The role covers identity access control, context retrieval, tool interfaces, policy engines, auditability and continuous improvement, with a focus on governance

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Architect leading large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Ability to design scalable enterprise HR solutions across HR, Payroll, Learning and Talent systems.
• Strong collaboration with HR, business and technology stakeholders.
