Job summary

Maria Logan Recruitment is recruiting a hands-on HR Business Partner for Dublin to support a growing hospitality group.

You will lead the full employee lifecycle, develop HR systems, policies and processes, and work with managers to engage staff and shape a positive culture as the business scales. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous; the package includes €65-75K depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR professional with experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
• Ability to support managers and strengthen employee engagement across the business.
• CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is advantageous.
