Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4-star property in Dublin. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the effective recruitment, development, and retention of talent to support our renowned hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of a hospitality environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for all departments, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including familiarization with company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts, ensuring competitive offerings to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, focusing on hospitality-specific areas such as guest service, safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data, utilizing HRIS systems to track employee information, manage leave requests, and generate reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting awareness and understanding of differences among employees and guests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of [X years] of experience in a similar role.
