Colliers Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function within our organisation of approximately 70 employees.   • Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
  • Proven experience managing employee relations cases.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and supporting organisational change.
  • Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal HR advisor to the Board and management team.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
  • Manage onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee offboarding.
  • Oversee employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives and leave management programmes.
  • Produce HR metrics, reports and workforce insights to support decision‑making.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment activities for approved vacancies.

Qualifications

You will be an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating independently and providing both strategic and operational HR support.
