The role covers HRIS data management, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment administration, and HR project initiatives including automation and AI. Strong leadership and HR operations experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team and overseeing workload.
• Broad experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office applications; payroll experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the HR Operations team to deliver high-quality HR administrative service.
• Maintain HR data integrity and manage HR information systems.
• Oversee recruitment administration and support payroll activities.
• Assist with due diligence for regulated roles and manage HR projects, including automation and AI initiatives.
