Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will guide managers on employee relations, support recruitment, onboarding and retention efforts, and help ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, investigating issues, and driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives while aligning with company policies and metrics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist position.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
• Conduct investigations and support formal HR processes.
• Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and company policies.
• Help deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
