Pilgrim's Europe at Carrickmacross invites applications for a Site HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Site Director, you will deliver strategic and operational HR support across the site, driving engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and HR compliance.

You will partner with site leadership, handle employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and lead wellbeing, DE&I, and KPI monitoring while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or food production is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience; coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Site HR Business Partner

Location: Carrickmacross

Reporting to the Site Director, the Site HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support across the site. Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to deliver the people strategy and workforce plans.
• Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development
• Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, and community initiatives.
• Monitor HR KPIs, maintain HR systems, and ensure legal and audit compliance.

About You

• Experienced HR professional, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or food production.
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
