EFOR in Ireland is seeking an HR & Admin Manager to lead HR activities and oversee administrative management for contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or administration.
  • At least 2 years of HR and administrative management experience.
  • Experience handling contractor/subcontractor administration and payroll support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

The HR & Admin Manager has a dual role: human resources management and administrative management, particularly in relation to contractors and subcontractors.

In terms of HR management, they will be responsible for steering and coordinating all HR activities within a regional scope or for a specific group of employees.

Oversees the implementation of the company's HR policies, provides support to local managers, and ensures compliance with current employment legislation.

In terms of subcontract management, handles the administrative formalities involved in signing contracts, as well as managing purchase orders and invoicing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personnel management
  • Ensure the onboarding of new hires and the administrative offboarding of employees
  • Carry out all administrative procedures throughout the employment contract lifecycle (work permit applications, travel insurance, etc.)
  • Ensure personnel files are kept up to date (employee documents, letters, sick leaves, work accidents, contract amendments, etc.)
  • Monitor various HR processes (timesheets, probation periods, training requests, annual reviews, foreign workers, etc.)
Payroll preparation support
  • Collect, verify, and input payroll variables (overtime, bonuses, absences, etc.)
  • Communication of the variables to the controlling department
  • Manage payroll and expense preparation in coordination with the payroll department
Training management
  • Serve as liaison with the training department
  • Conduct professional interviews and assessments
  • Support employees in their training requests
HR consulting
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in collaboration with the legal department
  • Assist operational teams in properly applying laws and regulations
Internal communications
  • Organize and host events such as onboarding evenings, team lunches, afterworks, etc.
  • Communicate on HR topics and publish on internal networks (Teams, Viva Engage, etc.)
Contractors management
  • Administrative formalities (collect the mandatory documents, contract preparation and signing and renewals, issue purchase orders,…)
  • Integration of contractors
  • Invoicing follow-up
  • Application of group processes
