Job summary

Dublin Simon Community is seeking a Project Worker to build trusting relationships with clients and provide individualized care plans. You will support progression toward longer-term housing and manage a caseload of 8–20 clients in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Role requires compassion, resilience and commitment to safeguarding. Full-time, on-site position based at Chester House, D7, with 37.5 hours per week and 7-day liability.

Qualifications

• Qualification to at least diploma level in psychology, social care, addiction, counselling, youth work, community development, psychotherapy or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build professional trusting relationships with clients and provide care through individualised client-led care plans.
• Support clients to progress to more long-term accommodation.
• Manage a caseload of 8–20 clients.
• Identify and address client needs using the Holistic Needs Assessment Tool (HNA).
• Deliver high quality service and work with the multidisciplinary team to meet service targets.
• Prepare reports and statistics to inform future strategy and record client details in PASS system.
