You will collaborate with front desk and maintenance, manage inventories, train staff on safety and service, and create efficient schedules to meet occupancy levels and events, while upholding health and safety regulations and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, maintain par levels, and process purchase orders as needed.
• Create staff schedules considering occupancy and events to ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Address guest concerns to achieve high satisfaction and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report hazards.
• Monitor expenses and labor costs to stay within budget and seek cost-saving measures.
