The Johnstown Estate in Ireland invites an experienced leader to join as General Manager, overseeing rooms division, F&B, sales, marketing, finance and administration.

You will drive exceptional guest service, develop and manage the annual budget, and lead the hotel team in delivering polished service and high standards.

• Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, analyse financial data, and implement cost-control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage the day to day operations of the hotel.
