Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with guests at all levels.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, menu items and beverage service.
• Commercial awareness including labour, stock control and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee day-to-day operation for a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach team members across restaurant roles.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality and presentation.
• Manage reservations, seating and table management to optimise flow.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure staffing levels align with business needs.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance.
• Control costs including labour and food costs; drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events and guest engagement.
• Lead by example with visible, hands-on leadership during service.
