You will manage staff performance, oversee budgeting and ensure operational excellence while maintaining professional relationships within the hotel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Experience managing multiple covers per day.
• Previous experience working in a 4 or 5-star Restaurant.
• Experience managing a large diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of the restaurant.
• Achieve Restaurant goals by executing marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage staff performance and carry out performance reviews.
• Identify talent within the Restaurant team for progression.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other departments.
• Manage and lead the health and safety of the Department.
