Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join their team. This role involves supporting the Bar Manager, ensuring efficient bar operations, and providing excellent guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment and must be flexible with hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Food & Beverage environment i.e. hotel, restaurant, bar.
• Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends, public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in day-to-day running of the Terrace Bar and Function Bars.
• Oversee the closing of late bar while ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain adequate par stocks.
