The K Club in County Kildare, Ireland, invites applications for Hotel Restaurant Manager to lead the Hotel Food & Beverage team and ensure 5-star service across restaurant operations, private dining, drawing room and room service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in similar roles, exceptional communication and customer relations skills, fluency in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.

Mansioni

• Ensure smooth running of the Restaurant and all food service throughout the Hotel through supervision and delegation of duties
• Provide 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times
• Control all costs in F&B in the Hotel
• Control and monitor payroll V revenue in F&B in the Hotel
• Manage the Hotel Food & Beverage team with regard to all aspects of food service to maintain standards
• Identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with supervising staff and implement
• Maintain Time and Attendance system and ensure reports are sent to HR as required
• Motivate the restaurant team and maintain staff morale

Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:

• To ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and all other food service throughout the Hotel, through the supervision and delegation of duties including private dining, drawing room and room service
• To provide 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times
• To control all costs in F&B in the Hotel
• To control and monitor payroll V revenue in F&B in the Hotel
• To manage the Hotel Food & Beverage team with regard to all aspects of food service to ensure the agreed standards of presentation and service are maintained
• To identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with the other supervising staff members and to ensure their implementation with new and existing staff
• To maintain the Time and Attendance system and ensure all reports are completed and sent to the HR department as required
• To motivate the restaurant team and ensure staff morale is kept high at all times
