The role requires previous hotel management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and excellent communication, with a focus on service excellence and team development in a busy Galway setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Hotel Manager role or equivalent.
• Strong operational experience within a hotel environment.
• Food & Beverage leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing weddings, events or conference business would be advantageous.
• Proven track record in team leadership and people management.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel for an ambitious and commercially focused Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth and success of a busy hospitality business. The property offers a strong mix of accommodation, food & beverage, weddings, events, conferencing and leisure facilities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance and commercial results across all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
