Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficient coordination between reception, housekeeping and other departments.
• Supervise hotel staff, prepare work schedules and allocate duties.
• Monitor room availability, reservations, occupancy rates and revenue performance.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve escalated guest complaints.
• Coordinate housekeeping operations, room inspections and maintenance requirements.
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Monitor operational costs, stock levels and departmental expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate regularly with hotel directors.
