Twinlite Services Limited is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager for The Bolton hotel in Dublin. You will lead the housekeeping team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas, and ensure efficiency in room turnover to support occupancy targets.

You'll manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships, develop SOPs ahead of opening, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while complying with health & safety rules and GDPR.

• Experience in housekeeping/accommodation management in hotels.
• Strong people-management and coaching skills.
• Experience managing budgets, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping across guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and turned around efficiently to support occupancy targets.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management of housekeeping staff.
• Manage stock, budget and supplier relationships; liaise with laundry providers.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety, GDPR and hotel policy.
