• Work with the Hotel Director on capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
• Prepare and achieve the hotel's annual Operating Budget and Capital Budget.
• Manage profitability, revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Deliver monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General.
• Maximise room yield and revenue with yield management.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding with HR.
• Develop the Hotel Executive team and staff career progression.
• Ensure safety, compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with department heads for daily activities.
• Contribute to charity and community engagement.
