Job summary

Staycity Augustine St, Dublin is seeking a General Manager to shape the guest journey across the property. You will lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and revenue, driving results with a hands-on, values-driven leadership style.

The role requires proven leadership in hospitality, English fluency, and a track record of boosting occupancy and guest satisfaction. You will work with a collaborative team and participate in Staycity Elevate leadership program to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a hotel or aparthotel setting.
• 3+ years in a senior management role within hospitality.
• Full working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support all HODs in running the property, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and revenue.
• Ensure all departments operate within Staycity SOPs and address feedback promptly.
• Forecast revenues and costs and manage budgeting within approved constraints.
• Provide training and develop department teams to achieve high performance.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve disputes professionally and in line with guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations.
