Job summary

Hilton Dublin in Charlemont Place, Dublin 2 is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to join the team. The role involves managing the day-to-day Finance office, including payroll, financial analysis and reporting, audits and control programs.

Responsibilities include monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, accurate reporting, payroll processing, cash handling, debtor collection, and accounts payable oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts accurately and on time.
• Reconcile the balance sheet with supported documentation.
• Ensure financial reports presented are accurate and timely.
• Monitor all sales revenue streams and POS integrity.
• Ensure hotel payroll is processed timely and accurately.
• Support accounting staff with day-to-day operations and queries.
• Oversee cash handling, floats, cash transit procedures and safety.
• Oversee debtor collection and enforce hotel credit policy.
• Oversee accounts payable and vendor reconciliations.
