Job summary

The Address Collective in Ireland seeks a Financial Controller to join a strategic management team. You will oversee day-to-day finance operations, financial analysis, reporting, audit control, and cashflow management to support exceptional guest journeys.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will mentor accounting staff, prepare monthly management accounts, reconcile the balance sheet, monitor revenue streams, and ensure timely payroll and compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Five years accounting experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts accurately and timelily.
• Reconcile balance sheet and ensure supporting documentation.
• Monitor all sales revenue streams and POS integrity.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely payments.
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Develop accounting staff competencies and control environment.
