The Address Collective is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest service. You will lead and support all departments, communicate services to guests during check-in, and work closely with management to maintain high standards.

You will also be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating with the General Manager, and contributing to safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive on time in uniform per grooming policy and standards.
• Liaise with General Manager on day-to-day hotel operations.
• Supervise departments (F&B, reception, accommodation) and provide proactive support.
• Communicate hotel services to guests during check-in and throughout stay.
• Carry out shifts within hotel departments as required.
• Assist in staffing decisions to meet budgets and service standards.
• Support weekly stock counts in laundry, alcohol, food, and crockery.
