Job summary

Nuremore Estate by McGettigan’s in Co. Monaghan invites a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue and raise the hotel’s profile. You will build relationships with corporate clients, plan campaigns and promote accommodation, conferences, weddings and events.

Working with the General Manager, you’ll develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies, manage digital channels, monitor performance and coordinate with Revenue to maximise occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing within hospitality is essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop business, build relationships and generate revenue.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Promote accommodation, conferences, weddings, banqueting and events.
• Coordinate with Revenue to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Manage marketing campaigns, social media and promotional materials.
• Maintain client databases and reporting systems.
