• Experience in Food and Beverage supervision.
• Energetic and customer focused, able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the activities of the Bar to maintain quality and service standards.
• Focus on customer care to ensure high levels of service.
• Exercise stock rotation and maintain stock levels.
• Keep the Bar clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow hygiene regulations rigorously.
• Suggest up-selling opportunities to maximise profits.
• Carry out administrative duties and ensure floats are accurate.
• Comply with current liquor licensing laws.
• Maintain presence on the floor and liaise with GM and Head Chef.
